We had the chance this past Tuesday to do a presentation at Re/Max TMS concerning the science of dry basements.

We discussed basement problems, their causes as well as solutions that exist on the market, especially new basement interior waterproofing solutions such as Waterguard.

The Re / Max TMS team was extremely nice, and real estate brokers were really interested in knowing more about the solutions to better help their customers, sellers or buyers. They asked many questions, and it was interesting for us to know what problems affected the homes of their clients in Blainville and the surrounding area.

We appreciate this kind of presentations and meetings with realtors, as we have the chance to demystify everything concerning the problem of water infiltration in basements.
