Valérie Durocher

Systèmes Sous-sol Québec brought Valérie on onboard because of her previous experience in customer service. She likes solving problems and being sure everyone receives what they need.

Valérie tried different positions (customer service, sales, administration) before finding the perfect fit for her potential and character. She assists our customers in scheduling their installation dates, she helps the production crew prepare everything needed for their installations as well as assisting them with their scheduling. Valérie has been part of our team for 7 years and has become a key team member! She puts her soul and heart into her work and that's why she is so good at what she does! 

In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and loves reading books.
