Mr. Dauphin has lived in his house for 1 year. It has a cold room in its sub-floor where the walls and the floor are made of concrete. When there is heavy rain, water seeps in and the room becomes very humid. There has already been up to 1 ”of water in this room and it has been having water infiltration issues for about 6 months. This way, the water from the walls flows into the WaterGuard and then is directed into the sump pump system in order to be expelled outside and away from the foundation.
