This client had lived in his house for several years and had noticed the presence of exterior cracks. They had been there since Mr. Claude moved in and they didn't seem to be causing any water infiltration, so he decided not to fix them. One spring, at the thaw, he woke up to see that there had been water that had entered into his basement. He therefore acted quickly and contacted us.
