Mr. Fabrizio had a problem with water infiltration since last spring. He didn't know exactly the source and the extent of the problem, but he suspected that given the state of his crawl space, the problem came from this area. He was only using the space for storage so he didn't think he needed to take care of it or that there were any solutions to fix it.
