Mr. Nemotollah who has a house in Hampstead called us asking for our help.
He actually told us that he saw some cracks in the inside and outside walls and the door leading to the outside does not close easily.
He also saw that some stones in the outer wall are spaced far apart.
We informed our client that those signs mean that there are foundation problems in the house, that might threaten its structure and he needs to solve them immediately!
After our client’s approval, we sent our foundation specialist Petru to provide a permanent repair solution.
Following this inspection day, and after our client’s approval on the quotes provided, we installed 12 PushPiers recessed piles to stabilize sagging walls and a perimeter of SilverGlo insulation panels.
The sunken piles help stabilize the house and even bring it back to its original position.
As for the SilverGlo insulation panels, they do amazing work, being inorganic and they also contain graphite particles that reflect heat to protect the home in all seasons!
