Mrs. Duchaussoya contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Qc because she had some water damages in her basement. Nearly 6 feet of water had accumulated in her basement because her pump had stopped from working.
The problem was always repeating itself during heavy rains and thaws seasons, so she knew that she needed to change her pump.
The solution was the installation of our new TripleSafe sump pump system. Our most reliable and efficient system that works even in case of a power outage.
Mr. Roy had noticed many cracks on his basement walls and wanted to find a solution ASAP in order to solve this issue.
He tried at first several attempts in order to repair those cracks, but none of them really worked out. The first response to a cracked basement wall is often an application of patching mortar or masonry sealant. Unfortunately, this quick fix rarely works because of poor adhesion to the masonry or a slight movement along the crack that breaks the seal.
After finding our company, Mr. Roy contacted us for a free inspection and we suggested the usage our FlexiSpan crack repair system.
Unlike sealant or mortar-based crack repair, the FlexiSpan system is not adversely affected by hydrostatic pressure or slight movement in the basement wall. It works under all conditions.
