We have solved this problem, by installing PowerBrace galvanized steel beams and several smartJacks.

The beams form a system designed specifically to support the walls of failed foundations and to straighten the walls to their original position over time. Zinc coated, the PowerBrace system resists erosion, reduces abrasion and makes beams non-toxic

As for the SmartJack  Support Pillars , those are steel support systems used to stabilized and level the girders and floor joists in a crawl space.

In Addition they are super strong (support loads of more than 60,000 lbs.), and is the only solution that addresses problem soils.

Our patented system stands out from the others and we are very happy to have had the chance to install it at our customer’s place to solve his problem once and for all!

Before pouring your slab, we can install a CleanSpace dring mat as well as a CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane that eliminates the infiltration of water vapor. This will keep the air dry and your belongings in good condition. The CleanSpace membrane is a 7-layer polyethylene vapor barrier that contains an antibacterial additive that prevents mold from growing on the membrane.

At first she was hesitant about calling us, because she thought that the installation will take too much time, and the house will end up in a big mess after the execution.

But when she finally reached us, our specialist informed her that our work will only take a couple of days with the minimum cost, and our team will make sure to cover up all of her house belongings to avoid any chaos in the place.

Our team started by sealing the crack in the foundation wall, and we injected the FlexiSpan sealant which is a product that, once injected into the crack, turns into a waterproof rubbery material that adapts to wall movements so that it does not get wet nor crack again.

Then, we eliminated the water infiltration by installing a WaterGuard water drainage system that eliminates risk by capturing water that seeps through the floor and walls and finally a TripleSafe sump pump system was installed for maximum safety!

Bonjour, nous avons présentement une infiltration d'eau entre les murs et le plancher. Les murs sont en blocs de ciment et le plancher est en béton et il date de 5 ans. Une partie du sous-sol a un drain extérieur qui a 5 ans et qui fonctionne bien. Le problème vient des la partie ou la semelle est a 4 pieds et a été creusé avec un tablier.
