Mr. Moran has lived in his home in Lasalle for 4 years. Since that time, he noticed a high level of humidity which made the house uncomfortable, its wooden floors began to warp and an unpleasant smell of mold was circulating in the house. The problem ? Well this is the crawl space. Water infiltration and the lack of insulation made the crawl space very humid. The humidity affected the wooden floor causing it to curl slightly, causing this foul odor and affecting our client's comfort in their home.

In order to solve Mr. Moran's problem, our experts first insulated the crawl space walls with our SilverGlo insulation boards. Then they laid our drainage mat on the ground to drain the surface water to the SmartSump sump pump system that was in place. Then, they installed our CleanSpace coating designed to block humidity and thus insulate the floor of the house. It also gives a clean and bright appearance to the crawl space. Finally, they added our Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. It filters the air and eliminates moisture.

With this encapsulation solution, Mr. Moran will no longer have a problem with humidity and foul odor. It now has a dry crawl space!

Our clients who live in Lasalle used the facility of our company because the house had water infiltration problems.

Actually the fissures in the foundation were allowing water to infiltrate the foundation, leaving the basement vulnerable to damage.

After conducting an internet search, Ms. Ann contacted us to get the opinion of our specialists in foundation repair and waterproofing for her home.

So we sent our specialist to analyze the basement, find the source of the problem and fix it once and for all.

As a start, we dug trenches totaling 60 feet in length to install the WaterGuard interior drain in this perimeter. This allows all incoming water to be redirected to the pump no matter what level this water is coming from. All drainage was connected to the SuperSusump pump.

Then our team installed a SuperSump sump pump system to intercept all water seepage and evacuate it away from home. This prevents water vapor from escaping into the air, humidifying the space and preventing any future proliferation of molds.

Afterward, we injected our patented FlexiSpan sealant which is a urethane-based liquid that, once dry, will be flexible to block the vapors and water infiltrations and resist the movement of the wall crack.

With our Cleanspace vapor barrier installed, the house will be insulated from the ground and will block the water vapor that seeps in to keep it from ruining the space.

 As a result, the place is now drier and better to use.

You should always look up for any crack in the basement walls, and any moisture along the joint between the wall and the floor.

Actually, even basements that are finished can be inspected for signs of moisture, which may signify a leak somewhere in the foundation.

So when Mr. Neil from Lasalle called us, and although he had a finished basement, he informed us that his basemet had signs of water infiltration, and moisture was increasing in that place.

The installation process went perfect and very smoothly, and our client was very happy with the results!
