This client who lives in Les Cedres contacted us for our advice regarding her basement built in 1975.

The foundation walls of this 26x40 ft room are made of concrete blocks which cracked, allowing the water to infiltrate from the ground. This environment was wet and dirty, which prevented the client from using this room for useful purposes.

Our specialist went to see the house and advised the installation of our WaterGuard internal drain throughout the perimeter, the ThermalDry wall insulation system which blocks the water vapor and the water infiltration through the walls, as well as the installation of a SuperSump sump pump.

Mr. Sylvain called us after getting worried about the state of his basement that was always wet. He had already a pump installed in past years but, he informed us that the area was very cold, and he was paying to have extra heating.

When we sent our team for a free inspection, we noticed also that mold was growing, and the existing sump pump was not effective.

Furthermore we recommended the installation of a complete waterproofing system in order to fix those problems for good:

A WaterGuard Indoor Drain that slow down and filter the water redirect them to the sump pump system, and we connected it to the SuperSump pump so that it could evacuate the incoming water.
