Mrs. Lucie had water seeping into her basement. This presence of water was found in several places on the concrete floor and the water came from behind the walls. Part of the basement had also been renovated and the client wanted to limit the damage already done.
To ensure that any possible water infiltration would no longer damage her basement, our team suggested a complete and effective solution.
A SuperSump pump was also installed. The SuperSump includes 1 electric pump, 1 alarm, 1 drain and can pump 2200 gallons per hour, quietly and efficiently. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a drainage system that leads water to the pump, to then be discharged outside the house, at a safe distance.
Finally, an IceGuard and a LawnScape outlet.The IceGuard helps prevent the water that the pump sends outside the house from freezing.
