Our clients in TMR had water problems in his basement for over 5 years. They have decided recently to sell their house, and as such to avoid having any problems during the sale, they decided to finally fix this issue.

Our team has installed our WaterGuard system in order to collect any water leaking at the foundation wall joints and drained this water to an installed SuperSump sump pump, the best sump pump in Quebec.

Once the Waterguard was installed in the basement, we have layered cement on top and smoothed it for a nice final look.

After much research on the internet, she found Basement Systems Quebec and following her call we sent a team of Professionals to perform a complete encapsulation of the crawlspace.

The team installed a CleanSpace membrane which is designed to create an ultra-resistant barrier against moisture, preventing mold growth. This product is guaranteed for 25 years against tear and wear and the liner is a heavy 20-mil-thick material. And is composed of 7 layers of high-density polyethylene and is specified by being very durable and affordable.

In addition, our team has installed a SaniDry dehumidifier, which is the only machine that will get the best results since it is a high- capacity, High-efficiency system that takes up to 100 pints of water per day out of your crawl space air. The SaniDry will dry any CrawlSpace no matter how damp ot was.

 

After the installation, the crawlspace looked so bright and clean and our client was able to use her crawlspace area.
