This house in Otterburn Park had lots of signs of foundation settlement.

When Mr. William called us, he was very worried when he started seeing some cracks in his foundation walls, some diagonal cracks along upstairs walls (especially around door and window frames), and also some cracks that were forming along mortar lines in walls and his chimney.

During our inspection, our foreman Peter confirmed those clues, but he informed William that he does not need to worry since, at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec, we have all the solutions that will be implemented in only a few days, and with the minimum cost.

After our client’s confirmation of our quotes, we started the installation.

The installation consisted only of 3 Push Piers that will level the foundation.

In addition, the installation of a sump pump system was essential to draw water that seeps into the drain to the outside, far away from home. A sump pump system such as the SumperSump contains several important components other than the pump such as the 100-hole watertight receptacle, an airtight lid, a floor drain in the sump lid, a pump stand and an alarm system.
