When this client mentioned to us that he has a cold room that has water infiltration, we immediately took an appointment with him to inspect this room in the basement because we have the best waterproofing and insulation solutions . To solve the problem, we first sealed the cracks with FlexiSpan, a rubber sealant that waterproofs the crack and adapts to the movements of the ground so that it does not open again. It is the ultimate and permanent solution. Then to evacuate the water, we redirect infiltration to the WaterGuard internal drain. Subsequently, the water is drained away from the home by our SuperSump sump pump system.
