Mr. Kaufman has lived in his house for 10 years and planed to sell it soon. He recently had water infiltration in his basement and wanted to fix the situation quickly in order to prevent it from happening again. He contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Quebec to have a permanent solution and have a dry basement.
Our solution
Install our WaterGuard interior drain system. This is a network of conduits that runs along the perimeter of your basement floor, at the base of the foundation walls. This system collects the water and conveys it to the SuperSump sump pump system that we have installed in order to convey the water out and away from the foundation.
Once the waterproofing solution was complete, we installed our EverLast wall panels. They are designed to resist mold and cannot be damaged by moisture.

Our client in Montreal-Ouest was suffering from her wet crawl space.
Moisture was coming from the ground outside her house by migrating through the foundation walls. Since vented crawl spaces rarely get any kind of damp-proofing, wet soil outside the crawl space can come all over.
