This crack repair project was done in Pierrefonds. The client found that his basement had abnormal humidity and when he opened the wall he found that there was a fairly large crack in his foundation. He called in an inspector to have his expertise on what to do with this crack and the inspector told him to bring in experts to fix it and by doing a quick little search on the internet this client came across our page and he filled out a free quote request.
When our representative came to the customer and noticed the condition of the crack, he suggested to repair the interior by injecting a polyurethane and then cover the crack with our product called the Flexispan. This product is a flexible polyurethane that is spread over the crack to seal it completely. In addition, a cavity is dug in the ground to insert a drainage membrane in the event that water flows behind the Flexispan.
