Our client Mr. Sébastien had noticed for some time that the drywall walls of his basement seemed to bulge inwards. He didn't understand how this could happen. So he decided to open a section of a wall, only to find that the wall of his foundation was indeed sagging towards the interior of the basement.
He had a concrete block foundation and he could see the gaps between the blocks. Mr. Sébastien contacted us quickly to get an appointment with one of our specialists.
Once our specialist completed his full assessment, he realized that the wall was sagging in several places, on the same wall. Considering the condition of the foundation, he recommended a total of 7 PowerBraces. This product makes it possible to stabilize the foundation permanently, thanks to its system which allows it to be tightened more and more, to put the wall straight.
