It's important when buying a house with a basement to check for signs of dampness in the basement. It's better to find out before you buy than afterward, especially since you can't rely on seller disclosures.

So when Mr. Brad bought his house in Rigaud, a couple of years ago, he did not check his basement properly, and problems started to occur, water started penetrating and ruining all of  the belongings installed in this place.

So he contacted our company, we inspected his basement for free and informed him about our products.

Since he needed to change his sump pump, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump that is designed to protect him from any problems that might occur with standard sump pumps.  As well as an alarm to alert your attention to any problems, it also uses a specially designed Ultra Sump battery and supporting pump to backup the primary pump.

Then we installed our IceGuard accessory, so that when temperatures reach below freezing levels, water will keep flowing no matter how cold it is outside.

Finally a lawnscape outlet was installed in the yard, designed to deter leaves, animals, and debris when possible. This lawn outlet system also features a removable lid that allows for cleaning.

Bonjour je viens de vendre mon duplex a ma fille et nous habitons chacun notre logement. le duplex a près de 100 ans construit sur un vide sanitaire. Lorsque ma fille a emménagé au deuxième nous avons refait le logis et remis le plancher de niveau. j'ai déjà placer 4 poteaux de soutien il y a quelques années qui ont fait le travail mais j'aimerais stabiliser d'avantage afin de m'assurer que plus rien ne bouge avant de refaire le plancher de mon logis. Maison mobile converti en maison unifamiliales avec vides sanitaires. Fondation en bloc de beton et annexe sur sonnotube. L'annexe sur sonnotube semble faire lever l'annexe par le milieu et semble y avoir un manque de soutien dans le vide sanitaire du cote de la fondation en bloc de beton.
