The floor of Mr. Labarre's house has sagged slightly, because the existing beams in the basement were not sufficient and are too far apart. He contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Qc for a free estimate.
Our solution was to add our galvanized steel SmartJack pillars to reinforce the floor and support the weight.
Our SmartJack is a high-capacity, fully-adjustable steel pier, designed to stop settling and can raise your sagging floor back to the proper level.
Steel piers can be easily adjusted if future settling occurs.
The problem: The client who lives in St-Bruno had an old sump pump that was not covered and he wanted to change it into a more efficient and waterproof one. While researching the internet he came across our business and decided to request a free estimate at his home.
The solution: When our system design specialist arrived, he assessed the options that might be suitable for the customer and they decided on the SuperSump. This pump has an airtight and sealed cover, as well as a pump with a flow rate that met the expectations and needs of the customer.
Following our intervention, the customer is very satisfied with his purchase and the new pump is more beautiful if we compare to what he had before.
Our client’s that live in Saint-Bruno were experiencing problems that started with every heavy rain.
This home suffered from water infiltration in their basement, damaging their carpets and finished walls.
In Addition, water was seeping around the chimneys in the basement, leaving heavy moisture in places. In addition, their old sump pump was not doing its job and was not pumping efficiently.
We have solved the problem bypassing the obstacles, and we installed our internal drain system the "WaterGuard", and in this special case, we combined it with our CactusBoard system which you see at the top of this picture.
Then our team changed this old pump and replaced it with our SuperSump.
This pump has a hermetically closed system (no moisture that emerges) and installs with a floor drain and an alarm system.
Instead of connecting the inner drain to the city drain, and risking water run-off during heavy rains, we prefer to direct the water outside in the soil away from the foundation.
