Mr. D. has contacted us to talk about his infiltration of water in the basement. Water was flowing into the rooms through wall cracks existing in the basement. In addition, pedestal sump pump used was not efficient and used to stop during heavy rain and spring thaws.
To fix this situation, we dug the ground and installed the WaterGuard interior drain in this perimeter. This allows all incoming water to be redirected to the pump no matter what level this water is coming from. All drainage was connected to the Supersump pump system.
In addition we installed a LawnScape and IceGuard vents, and a thermal Dry wall system. The IceGuard allows water to drain even if the pipe freezes in the winter and the LawnScape is perfect to resist the mud that forms in the grass during rainy periods.
