In addition we installed a dehumidifier named SandiDry Sedona which controls the humidity level in the crawl space. Our customer from Sainte-Adele has sent us a request a while ago regarding water infiltration problems in her house and she has informed us that every spring, the drainage water seeps into several cracks at the base of the cement wall as well as the cement floor of the basement. Since the house is located on a slope and the drainage is towards the house, the basement cement floor is always wet even if there is no more water penetration in the summer.
