Mrs. Francine from Sherbrooke was suffering from water infiltration problems in her basement, every year during thaw season , that was ruining all her basement’s furniture and affecting her health since molds where growing all over the place.

After contacting us, we have sent our engineer for a free inspection and he had recommended the installation of a french drain, the WaterGuard.
We did exactly that and installed a full waterproofing system that solves all these problems while complying with the engineer's recommendations. So we installed a 42 feet of WaterGuard with an inspection port and connected it to a SuperSump and UltraSump. We then covered the affected surface with our Cleanspace vapor-barrier that redirects water towards the drain and stop water vapor from condensation. Finally, to solve the humidity issue and to preserve the organic construction materials, we added a SaniDry dehumidifier and purifier system that drains out automatically and reduces to the risk of mold growth and the costs of heating and conditioning.
Since we have waterproofed our cleint’s house in Sherbrooke, our client never had to suffer of any water infiltration problems in her house ever again!
