Our client, Mario, had a crawl space that was very damp. When the earth is exposed, it constantly gives off moisture. When it is in an enclosed space, it promotes the development of mold which weakens the house and its foundation. In addition, this mold will spread throughout the house and affects the health of its occupants.
In order to find a solution to this problem, our client asked about basement system solutions and decided to make an appointment with one of our specialists. After a scheduled appointment, our specialist took the time to thoroughly understand our client's issues.
To fix the moisture problem, we installed a Drainage Matting with a CleanSpace to collect the evaporating water and a drainage system with a SuperSump to evacuate water that may accumulate.

Mr. Michaud is working on maintaining and renovating his parents' house in Louiseville. His parents had complained of a mold smell on the main floor of the house and the cold floors. The crawl space walls and earthen floor were not insulated, making it very cold and damp.
The solution our client chose was to insulate the walls with our SilverGlo insulation panels, install our SmartSump sump pump system, lay a drainage mat on the floor so that the water on the surface can be directed to the sump pump system and then lay over our designed crawl space liner, the CleanSpace. It is used to isolate the house from the earth which is in the crawl space. It is also composed of antimicrobials and gives a clear and clean appearance to the crawl space. Finally, our Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was installed. It is quite simply the best and the most efficient.
