Encapsulation of a crawl space in Louiseville, Qc

The encapsulation of your crawl space is a clever choice for the whole house. Once you can feel that the walls are cold, the air in the place is humid and you can see water leakage, you need to contact specialists such as our company that can help you solve these problems.

We have encapsulated this house in Louiseville, Qc.

Our team has started by installing the SmartSump system; this system is specifically designed for crawl spaces to help reduce moisture, remove water and prevent flooding.

Then the walls have been coated with the CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane, which blocks water vapor and redirects it to the drain.

Afterwards we added our SilverGlo panels that provide also a vapor barrier on your crawl space walls, holding back the moisture and humidity.

Finally, to keep the humidity level at 55% or lower, we have installed our SaniDry CX dehumidifier and air purifier that keeps the air dry and the environment healthy.

This space can now be conveniently and safely used. We are happy to have been able to carry out this project!
