Mr. Galarneau from Boileau Quebec was at a loss. After spending 5 years trying to fix the humidity problem in his home, he went searching the internet for a solution. After a few searches, he came across our website and thought he may have finally found the perfect solution. After receiving his request, we swiftly called him to get a better understanding of his issues and offer a free quote and inspection. Our specialist then drove to his Boileau home to conduct the inspection. Upon thorough examination, the conclusion was that he would need a full encapsulation of his dirt crawl space using CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vapor Barrier and CleanSpace® Crawl Space Drainage Matting System, along with 3 SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer piers to strengthen the floor above, a new TripleSafe™ sump pump system, and IceGuard® and LawnScape discharge systems.
Our dedicated foreman Felix went to Mr. Galarneau’s home to complete the installation. First, he installed the SmartJack® Crawl Space Stabilizer piers to repair the home’s structural issues. Second, he encapsulated the dirt crawl space in order to completely isolate his home from the earth, therefore dramatically reducing the humidity level in the air. Then, he added a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, with the goal of draining any water coming into the crawl space. Finally, he installed two IceGuard® Sump Pump Discharge Line System, and one LawnScape™ Discharge Line Outlet System. These water discharge systems are connected to the aforementioned sump pump system and help to make sure the water line doesn’t freeze, and the water is drained away from the foundation. Thanks to the work by our team at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec, Mr. Galarneau no longer has to spend time and money trying different solutions, his issues are permanently fixed.
