Call Center Specialist Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls professionally and with a positive attitude
Schedule and coordinate appointments with homeowners – no high-pressure sales!
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
Update and organize customer records
Optimize appointment scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For in a Call Center Specialist:
✔ 2+ years of experience in customer service or a call center – You’re a natural communicator! ✔ Bilingual (French & English) – Comfortable working with a diverse clientele ✔ Strong multitasking skills – You thrive in a fast-paced environment! ✔ Excellent listening and problem-solving skills – You enjoy helping others ✔ Comfortable with computer tools – Skilled in scheduling and data entry
