In Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel, this project showcases a complete transformation of a crawlspace that was severely damaged by moisture, water infiltration, and musty odors. The goal was to eliminate the root causes of the problem, secure the structure, and restore a healthy environment under the house.
The project was carried out using a comprehensive, multi-step approach: controlling water at ground level with a drainage membrane, achieving full waterproofing with the CleanSpace system, improving insulation with SilverGlo panels, and managing water with SuperSump and StarPipe. Each component was integrated to create a sustainable and cohesive solution.
