Basement Crack Repair - Repairing a crack permanently in Longueuil

Injecting a crack with polyurethan might not always be the best solution, as polyurethane has an elasticity of up to 20%, meaning that if a crack widens more than that, water might infiltrate the crack again. 

Our solution is to implement the FlexiSpan solution, which consists in applying a strip of flexible and porous foam over the crack, and finally sealing it with another membrane. FlexiSpan-repaired cracks can't leak or reopen and they are permanently protected!
