Waterproofing a basement in Brossard, Qc

This customer had water seepage in the basement through small cracks in the foundation walls. This has made the basement damp. He had also noticed that his sump pump was not working.

To solve our client's problems, we covered the foundation walls that were urethane insulated with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Then we replaced his faulty sump pump system with our TripleSafe system. It contains 3 pumps, one of which is battery-powered, and is our most efficient and reliable system. We finally laid our interior drain all the way through the foundation walls and connected it to the TripleSafe.
