Our client Anna had water infiltration in her basement for 3 years. This had created mold on the concrete as well as on the stage floor. The infiltration was even more important in the spring when the snow melted and during heavy rains.

SOLUTION

Our team wanted to make sure that the problem was going to be fixed for good;

So we installed a SuperSump pump as well as a WaterGuard drainage system.

As for the SuperSump pump, it has a built-in alarm alerts when water level rises too high, and a strong, airtight sump cover lid that is child-safe and keeps out insects, odors and radon gas.
