Sump Pump Installation Photo Album: Complete basement waterproofing system in Cap-Saint-Ignace, Quebec
In Cap-Saint-Ignace, our team worked to transform a basement affected by moisture and water infiltration into a healthy, clean, and permanently protected space. This project illustrates the key steps in our professional approach to interior drainage and foundation waterproofing, through the installation of the WaterGuard system, CleanSpace mat, and TripleSafe sump pump. Each photo highlights an essential phase of the rehabilitation process, demonstrating the effectiveness of our solutions against water and mold problems.
Basement before renovation
Before our intervention, the basement showed signs of dampness, mold, and standing water. The old sump pump was no longer working properly, allowing water to accumulate after every heavy rainfall. This situation was affecting air quality and threatening the structure of the building.
WaterGuard interior drain
Our technicians installed the WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the floor. This discreet network collects water at the base of the walls and redirects it to the drainage system, preventing future infiltration. This device is the first step in effective moisture management.
New TripleSafe sump pump
The old pump, which was out of service, has been replaced by a TripleSafe pump, equipped with three redundant protection systems. Even in the event of a power failure or heavy infiltration, this model guarantees reliable and continuous water drainage, eliminating any risk of backflow. Thanks to this upgrade, the basement now benefits from long-lasting protection without complex maintenance.
