The problem

Mr. Turcotte had a wet crawl space that was poorly insulated and some of the wooden beams were starting to rot.

The solution

Insulate the crawl space walls with our SilverGlo panels.

The earthen floor was insulated with our drainage membrane and then our CleanSpace coating. Next, to reduce humidity, we installed a SuperSump sump pump system. It contains a 1 / 3HP cast iron Zoeller pump and we have added a battery pump that works in the event of a power failure and that keeps the sump running. Finally, our Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control the humidity level and filter the air.

The problem

Ms. Travis wanted to replace her malfunctioning sump pump system with one that included an alarm and most importantly a back-up in case of a power failure.

The solution

To solve Ms. Travis' problem, we removed her old sump pump system to install our TripleSafe system. It provides 3 levels of protection as it contains 3 pumps. 1 Zoeller 1/3 HP cast iron main pump, a Zoeller 1/2 HP secondary pump and then a battery pump that trips in the event of a power failure. Our solution aims to capture water infiltration before it accumulates in the basement. To do this, we installed a perimeter of WaterGuard all around the basement. This drain is connected to our sump pump system with two pumps, one of which is battery operated.
