Basement Waterproofing in Sainte-Perpetue, Quebec
In the town of Sainte-Perpetue, Quebec, a client reached out to us since his existing sump pump was not functioning properly. In addition, the owner was tired of existing french drain since it has clogged multiple times during the last couple of years. As a remedy, we installed our patented WaterGuard internal drainage system, along with the TripleSafe sump pump system. The WaterGuard is easily installed in the basement without the need of any excavation. In addition, the TripleSafe sump pump provided powerful performance as it contains three pumps, including a backup pump that works with power outage.
This combination of products provided the perfect solution to ensure a dry and safe basement for a long time.
Waterproofing a cracked wall in Saint-Pie
When a wall is cracked in multiple places, a more effective solution than sealing is waterproofing of the foundation wall.
We carried out this type of repair at a Saint-Pie customer.
We solidified the wall using carbon fiber strips to prevent the wall from moving and creating more cracks, and then we installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane which blocks water and vapors and redirects them to the WaterGuard interior drainage and water drainage.
And finally we connected this membrane to the SuperSump sump pump system.
Waterproofing of the basement for resale in Saint-Pie, Qc
Mr. Richard had a water infiltration problem for the past few years and he was seeing mold stains in his basement. So he was planning to sell his house and wanted to fix this situation permanently.
The customer chose a complete product solution; a SuperSump pump, an IceGuard, a LawnScape a Waterguard drain system that leads the water to the pump, to then be discharged outside the house, at a safe distance.
This system helps to drain the water from below the floor in order to lower the level of humidity.

Vapour membrane to encapsulate Brigham crawl space
A crawl space is a bad thing for the house. In fact, clay floors are filled with water and transmit water vapors filled with moisture, bacteria, and mold. As the air flows upwards, the air in the crawl space goes to the upper floors of your home, causing you to breathe infected air. In order to solve this problem and make the air in your home healthier, it is important to encapsulate the crawlspace. In order to do do so, we installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane. The CleanSpace membrane is composed of 7 layers of treated polyethylene in which an antibacterial additive is added. The membrane is finally treated with an ultra-violet additive in order to extend its resistance and its lifespan as long as possible. Crawl space encapsulation allows this space to be healthier and more useful because you can now use it to store your belongings. All of this gives value to your home!
