The solution for Ms. Berryman was to install hydraulic piles under the footing to straighten it. To do this, our experts excavated all along the foundation walls to reach the footing. And then they installed several hydraulic piles. This first makes it possible to straighten the foundation walls, possibly completely plug the foundation cracks and solidly stabilize the foundation so that it can no longer move.

This house in Greenfield Park had water infiltration problems coming through the walls of the basement. To solve this issue, we have installed a WaterGuard interior drain, a SuperSump pump, a  SaniDry Upright and B to B insulation walls.
