As you know, our senior residence in East Montreal had a bad wet basement problem due to water seeping in at the wall/floor interphase along one interior basement wall.  This problem has been with us for a number of years and our answer was to mop up the floor.Digging around the exterior basement wall was not possible due to the property facing a back lane.Although skeptical, your presentation was convincing and the technology made sense.The work was completed in one day.  The dust created was manageable thanks to having everything covered with plastic.Work was done on Friday, June 15, 2012.  These workers knew their job.  The water in the sump-pump drains into a sewer pipe hook-up.There was a heavy rainstorm on July 20 and 21.  I viewed the area and there was NO WATER on the floor.  The system works.We are in the process of finishing the affected basement area so that it can again be used for program activities.Walter K., Vice-presidentOctober 15, 2012

All of your people were friendly. There was no pressure with unnecessary upselling. Your guys were quick and the job looked great. Your plumber was also very good at explaining possible changes that could be made in the future as we continue to renovate. In general I felt you guys listened, gave me the best solution and executed it well.

Hi Peter, I just wanted to let you know that I thought Sebastien and his crew did a great job retrofitting the pump. It was quite a challenge for them when we discovered a pipe under the floor. In regards of that water leak we discussed beneath my deck, it turns out it wasn’t the cause. It was actually the conduit pipe: the caulking was severely deteriorated. I did take your advice and spray foamed the hole and re-caulked the area. Thanks for the assistance. I think the sump pump will give us some peace of mind for the future. Regards, Daniel

I was very impressed with the great effort your rep took to work out how my house was constructed, what mods had been done since original construction and the time he spent with me just working out the construction details of my house.
