Basement Crack Repair Before & After Photos

Problem:

Our client Mario, living in Laval, had a foundation crack causing water infiltration inside the basement. As a result, the basement was becoming increasingly humid, posing potential harmful consequences to the house's foundation. Client filled out the free estimate form on our website, and we promptly scheduled an appointment. Our specialist Roxane carefully examined the existing crack: It was vertical, visible from both the outside and inside. There were efflorescence traces along the crack, indicating excessive humidity resulting from water infiltration. Roxane proposed a solution using our patented FlexiSpan system to repair the crack.

Solution:

We began by injecting polyurethane into the crack. This resin reacts against the water to form a tight, flexible, and effective seal inside the wall.

Moreover, the FlexiSpan system is a revolutionary and permanent solution for repairing cracks with water infiltrations. In fact, the crack is sealed with a special flexible sealant that stops water flow through the crack. This sealant layer is applied from the top of the crack to the bottom, and exerting no pressure on the concrete wall.

Our client is relieved. His basement and house are protected from a serious issue now that we have taken action.

The problem: This Pierrefonds client had a crack in his foundation wall. As we can see in the photo, it was still quite important.

The solution: We injected the crack with a polyurethane and then we covered it with our product called Flexispan. At the crack, we dug a small hole to put a drainage membrane to redirect the water.

In Mr. Birks' basement, there were 2 cracks on the walls of his foundation. When it rained or simply when he turned on his garden hose, water would pass through these cracks and create water infiltration inside. Our client wanted to finish his basement and in order to do that he had to repair these cracks.  Our experts started by injecting polyurethane into the cracks. This resin goes deep into the cracked wall, unlike methods that simply repair the surface, and goes down to the ground outside.
