FexiSpan injection in a basement in Pointe-Claire, Qc

In Mr. Birks' basement, there were 2 cracks on the walls of his foundation. When it rained or simply when he turned on his garden hose, water would pass through these cracks and create water infiltration inside. Our client wanted to finish his basement and in order to do that he had to repair these cracks.  Our experts started by injecting polyurethane into the cracks. This resin goes deep into the cracked wall, unlike methods that simply repair the surface, and goes down to the ground outside.
