The solution

- Install a new SmartSump sump system, a CleanSpace drainage membrane and liner, and then a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier.

With these solutions, the water that is in the ground will be removed and expelled outside, the humidity coming from the earth floor and the concrete block foundation walls will be blocked thanks to the CleanSpace and the humidity level can be controlled by the dehumidifier.
