Our client Mr. Tella had humidity problems in his home. A lot of humidity came from the crawl space where the floor was not well protected. A rate of 70% humidity was detected during the free inspection by our specialist.

Solution

To solve the problem, our team encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. It is installed on the earthen floor of the crawl space and sealed to the wall. The moisture coming from the earthen floor will then be blocked. The crawl space will therefore be drier and the rest of the house too.
