We have solved our customer’s problem in Magog, after having water infiltration problems in his basement that was also affecting his entire house.

Furthermore, tempered soils and damp walls are a sign that water and water vapor has been seeping into his basement.

To solve this customer's water problem, we installed a complete waterproofing system including 25 feet of WaterGuard drain, a SuperSump sump pump, and IceGuard and LawnScape discharge line accessories.

The 3 most common sump pump problems are: the pump breaks down and stops working, the pump cannot keep up with the fast flow and cannot pump too much water or the house suffered a power failure and the pump stops working.
