Before the work began, the homeowner in Kingsey Falls was dealing with a damp and uncomfortable crawl space. The wooden floor joists had started to sag from excess humidity and unstable soil conditions, making the floors uneven and compromising the home’s structure.

After our installation, the crawl space was completely transformed. In Danville, Quebec, a basement showing severe wall cracks and high moisture levels was completely transformed by our team of experts. A reinforced concrete wall next to the damaged section was poured to stabilize the structure, while the WaterGuard drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier were added to control moisture.
