Solution: Our certified specialist suggested that this client installs a suitable pump for her needs. She opted for the TripleSafe sump pump. This pump is equipped with a back-up battery when there is a power failure and in addition it is equipped with two levels in order to remove the water at two different rates, with one being more powerful than the other.

We isolated from this foundation from the outside, since it was under a lot of pressure from the earth because of the movement of soil, water, and moisture.

The SentrySeal system and SilverGlo are a combination of products that we use to protect the foundation by isolating it from moisture and excessive heat transfer.

The SentrySeal waterproof membrane is 60 mils thick and is specifically designed to be a complete and consistent barrier to block water vapor.

The SilverGlo insulation is waterproof and offers a thermal resistance value of R-11 thanks to the graphite particles infused into the insulation. In addition, the reflective barrier that covers this insulation allows the heat to be reflected and stored inside to reduce the cost of heating humid air.

When the crawl space is not isolated from the house and the soil of the area where the house is located is filled with water, the water vapor emerges and humidifies much of the crawl space air.

SOLUTION
