Our customer in Saint-Colomban noticed that he had signs of moisture problems in his crawl space. We offered to come for a free inspection. During this inspection, our specialist Alexandrine discovered several signs of moisture problems, such as rotten wood pillars, degraded foam insulation, efflorescence, and rusted pipes. Next, they installed CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier, a durable 20-millimeter-thick sheathing system that resists tearing and offers better protection against moisture intrusion than thinner, more widely available solutions. Finally, they installed a powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which removes 2.9 liters of water per kilowatt-hour (L/kWh).
