This commercial building in Kahnawake had water and air coming in from a crack in the wall. To solve this issue affecting the daily business activities of this owner, we injected FlexiSpan and Polyurethane crack injection to fix the crack and installed a CleanSpace membrane to block humidity and water vapor. 

What are the characteristics of an efficient interior drainage system?

- It is designed not to clog and to be positioned on the top of the soil.

- It has a 3/8 inch built-in space between the floor and the wall, to drain infiltrations from the wall.

They dug to reach the footing of the foundation to then insert the hydraulic pillars. They rest on a very solid layer of soil, which stabilizes the foundation once and for all. They even created a possibility of straightening the house to its original position.
