The problem

The foundation walls of Mr. Meilleur's house are cracked, arched, and sloped severely inward by almost 4 ”.

 The solution

 - Stop the movement by keeping the wall in place and allow it to recover over time.

To do this, our experts installed our GeoLock wall anchoring system. They are embedded in the stable soil away from the foundation wall and then attached to steel wall plates with long galvanized rods. When tightened, the anchors hold the wall in its current position. Over time, the anchors can be tightened to straighten the wall.

Mr. Meilleur can have the peace of mind because his walls are well held in place and can be straightened over time.

Problem: The client who lives in Lachine had a crack visible from the outside and he suspected that it was inside as well.

Solution: We injected the crack and added the Flexispan to give a nice finish. Also, we installed CarbonArmor to stabilize the foundation.

Mr. Marc needed to replace his sump pump, which was no longer functional, causing water to accumulate at the bottom of the sump in the basement and decided to contact our company for a free inspection.

Following his call, our crew quickly took action and waterproofed the space and installed a new sump pump system called SuperSump pump. This high-end system includes a powerful Zoeller ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement.

Our SuperSump not only helps discharge the internal drain, but also helps in lowering the water level in the soil under the slab.
