Our client wanted to protect his basement against water infiltration.

To do this, our specialist recommended the installation of a TripleSafe sump pump system with a WaterGuard drain. This combination makes it possible to evacuate the water which can infiltrate in an effective way. In order to give a finished look to the basement wall, we installed BrightWall walls. They protect the Basement and give a finished look.

Thanks to these solutions, our client's basement is protected against infiltration.

By installing a drainage system around the inside of the basement along the wall, you can capture water at the most common point of entry-the floor/ wall joint.

You can also capture water from the walls and prevent the center of the floor from leaking by intercepting the water at the perimeter of the floor before it gets to the center.

SOLUTION

Our customer chose the SuperSump pump product which included; 1 electric pump, 1 alarm and 1 drain. SuperPump can pump 2,200 gallons per hour, quietly and efficiently.

He also chose the WaterGuard product. WaterGuard is a drainage system that leads water to the pump, to be then evacuated outside the house, at a safe distance.

This client initially contacted us in 2015, because he was starting to consider doing something with his crawl space. After receiving several tips, he postponed the project until he decided what he wanted to do exactly. In May 2018, he contacted us again to tell us that he wanted to sign with us.
