Our customer chose the SuperSump pump product which included; 1 electric pump, 1 alarm and 1 drain. SuperPump can pump 2,200 gallons per hour, quietly and efficiently.

He also chose the WaterGuard product. WaterGuard is a drainage system that leads water to the pump, to be then evacuated outside the house, at a safe distance.

This client initially contacted us in 2015, because he was starting to consider doing something with his crawl space. The solution for our client is to install SmartJack supports to support the joist reinforcement device in place. A hole is dug in the earth for each SmartJack installed and is filled with compacted fill to create a stable base. About ten brackets were installed in order to support the weight evenly and straighten the floor to the floor above in its initial position.
