Mrs. Dulude contacted us because her basement experiences water infiltration every time it rains.

Solution

Solution :

We sent a specialist to find a solution to this problem and make a free quote. Our solution was to install a WaterGuard interior drain system and encapsulate the walls with a CleanSpace membrane.

Project Summary

Problem: Water and moisture in a crawl space

Solution: CleanSpace membrane

We dig a trench around the perimeter of the foundation and then install the WaterGuard inside on a bed of gravel.

After installing the WaterGuard, we close the trench with concrete to make the floor as before.

To encapsulate moisture and channel water to the WaterGuard, we install a CleanSpace membrane on the walls.
