After careful inspection, we installed our WaterGuard internal drainage system, along with our TripleSafe sump pump. And to maximize protection against humidity, we also installed CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier.
Preparing the basement to install our WaterGuard
The WaterGuard internal drainage system is installed on the footing. It is a fast and smooth installation without the need of excavation.
Installations Running
Above the WaterGuard drain, we installed a drainage matting to ensure catching every drop of water infiltration. In addition, the CleanSpace vapor barrier maximizes the protection against vaporized water and excess humidity.
Basement Successfully Waterproofed
With the installation of the TripleSafe Sump Pump system, with its three levels of protection, we finalize the renovations by covering the WaterGuard drain with concrete. Now, the basement is safe and sound. Our WaterGuard drainage system is an excellent alternative to classic french drains.
