Mr. Laperle has an earthen crawl space that had water infiltration all year round. This is a recurring problem and it always make his house damp with musty smells.
To improve the comfort of his home and make the air healthier, our foreman and his team encapsulated the crawl space. To do this, they installed a Sump Pump System, a drainage membrane and a Cleanspace vapor barrier on the earth floor.
