Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Sainte-Marcelline-De-Kildare, Quebec

A homeowner in Sainte-Marcelline-De-Kildare, Quebec, experienced elevated humidity levels in their crawl space, which could lead to potential structural problems if not addressed. Upon inspection, our specialist identified significant moisture infiltration caused by the absence of proper encapsulation. To address these issues, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system, which included drainage matting and a vapor barrier, to effectively seal the crawl space from external moisture. In addition, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate any excess humidity that persists. After the installation, the homeowner saw an immediate improvement, with restored structural stability and a noticeable reduction in humidity, resulting in enhanced indoor air quality.
